Educators must maintain a daily journal, submit a minimum of 1 lesson plan in a standardized format, and participate in follow-ups 6 and 12 months following the one week internship experience. Youth interns assist with the online posting of lesson plans and making of YouTube-like videos about the various industries.
Application processThe application process begins with the Bucks County Intermediate Unit. The BC-WIB and BCIU staff select applicants based on school district and industry in an attempt to indentify Industry Champions" at every school districts in various industries. "
