Lehigh & Northampton 3 - Summer Teacher Internship Program

Provides credits (e.g. Act 48; College)	Up to 36 Act 48 hours
Provides payment (e.g. Stipend)	$3500.00 for full time internship; $1750.00 for part time internship
Length of program/field experience (e.g. day, week, summer)	Six (full time) or three (part time) weeks throughout the summer
Offers orientation session	Program includes full first day orientation, one mid internship session to include Job and Labor Market information and company tours and final session with curriculum sharing.
Requires program evaluation (Ending/exit sessions)	During the final session each teacher shares curriculum and experiences.
Program requirements (e.g. curriculum; assignments)	A curriculum based on the experience that is for use in the classroom
Application process	Yes. Teachers are interviewed by participating companies & then selected based on best match for company.
